WE ARE A VEHICLE GRAPHICS AND WRAPS COMPANY LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.


Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
1. Provides quality service to customers via phone in account activation, maintenance, billing, problem solving, modification, enhancement and, when required, de- activation.
2. Activates new accounts as well as upgrades, downgrades, disconnects and reconnects service. Answers any billing questions, informs customers of billing and installation procedures and processes payments.
3. Sell our services and features to meet defined sales objectives/goals.
4. Handles routine customer service calls and carries out fundamental customer service tasks. When non- routine issues arise, selects from clear cut courses of action for next steps or escalates.
5. Operates computerized systems to record data, make corrections or complete required follow up.
6. Solves customer problems within company service policies and guidelines, utilizing approved procedures.
7. Schedule service installation and record account comments on a daily basis in order to maintain accurate records of transaction and capture important customer data for measurement.
8. Perform other duties as requested.

Job Requirements:
1. Knowledge of all functions and related tasks in the area of customer service.
2. Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm and professional through stressful or ambiguous situations in order to objectively interpret information.
3. Ability to work independently to resolve customer inquiries, problems, or complaints.
4. Ability to adapt communication styles and interact well with a large and diverse group of employees and customers in order to complete tasks.

- Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum 3-6 months office, clerical, customer service or sales experience is required. Experience with computers and public relations preferred. Stable employment history.

-SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGES AND ABILITIES: Types 40 words per minute, use of telephone system, and ten-key adding machine. Must have excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to sell and handle all customer service inquiries through effective communication. Knowledge of general office procedures, basic mathematics and bookkeeping, familiarity and use of computers. WE MAY ADD EXTRA DUTIES IF ALL WORK IS FINISHED.

Hours: 40 hours a week. Work is closely supervised and reviewed for completeness and accuracy.

Vehicle Graphics & Wrap company specialize is vehicle and boat wraps but also make other types of large print signage including banners, magnets & etc. We design, print, laminate and install all in house. We are looking for an experienced installer with preferably 2 or more years experience in the industry. The installer must be reliable, professional and pay close attention to details. As every detail is very important when it comes to printing or installing, we want customers to be 100% percent satisfied when we hand them back their keys. Candidate must be able to work with light tools and be able to on a ladder or scaffold. He must be able to work indepently as well as with others, be able to meet deadlines must have his own vehicle and pass a drug test.
